- Credit card, bank transfer, convenience-store payment, Paidy (あと払い（ペイディ）; for customers living in Japan only — Japanese mobile number, identity check and payment in Japan; orders in yen; you pay Paidy at a convenience store (in-store terminal), by bank transfer or by direct debit), cash on delivery (代金引換; delivery in Japan, orders in yen paid in full, where the amount collected on delivery, excluding the cash on delivery fee, is ¥300,000 or less), and layaway※
- When payment is due
- After we confirm your order, by the deadline shown. By card, the amount is authorised (held) when you pay and charged when we confirm the payment. With Paidy, you pay Paidy in the month after we confirm the payment, as billed by Paidy (convenience store, bank transfer or direct debit); by convenience store or bank transfer, by the 27th of that month; by direct debit, it is taken on the 27th, or the next banking business day if the bank is closed. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when you receive the piece (there is no deadline). For layaway※, on the dates shown in your account, over a three-, six- or eight-month plan (eight months for orders of ¥300,000 or more)
- When we deliver
- Dispatched within five business days of payment clearing. Cash on delivery orders are dispatched after we confirm the order. Layaway※ ships after the final payment
- Returns and exchanges
- Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or materially different from its description, contact us within 5 days of delivery; see the Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- ※ About layaway
- Layaway is a payment method for customers using the English site and customers overseas. The agreement is written in Tagalog with English, as one document. Layaway is not offered on the Japanese site. To ask about it, email sales@chajewelsjp.com.
